If you have a family beware do not move into this Condo. You are not allowed to use air conditioners as they damage the floors and you are expected to pay the charges, you are charged $50 to use BBQ, $150 to use club house, the garbage compactors back up constantly, the windows and balconies are a safety risk for children. All finishes are shoddy workmanship.
