THE INTERLACE

The Interlace is one of the largest and most ambitious residential developments in Singapore. Thirty-one apartment blocks, each six stories tall, are stacked in a hexagonal arrangement to form eight large-scale courtyards. The interlocking blocks resemble a ‘vertical village’ with cascading sky gardens and both private and public roof terraces.

The Interlace is readily accessible to leisure and business hubs as well as transport connections. It is a five-minute drive to VivoCity, and Resorts World Sentosa, a 10-minute drive to the Central Business District and 15-minute drive to Orchard Road.

For nature lovers, the development is within walking distance to the HortPark which is a national park connected to the Southern Ridges, Telok Blangah Hill Park and Kent Ridge Park. The West Coast Park, another recreational area, is about a 15-minute drive away.

Educational institutes in the area include ISS International School (American College), National University of Singapore, United World College, Anglo-Chinese Junior College, Anglo-Chinese Independent School, INSEAD and Crescent Girls' School.

The Interlace can be said to be one of the Biggest Development in the market.
Compared to other development that TOP same times as INTERLACE, the size of the rooms is much bigger, a lot of thought has been put to maximise the common space of the development. With all of the different theme gardens, one could say that you won't get bored by exploring the place.

With direct shuttle bus to Habourfront MRT every half hour, 15 mins at peak hours, shopping at Singapore's Largest Shopping Mall could be a breeze.
