I have moved in Madison residences for 1 year. I loved it here, it's very quiet in this place & it's very near town. Shopping, working & amenities are so nearby. MRT in 2016, what more I can ask?

I completely agree regretful.... I feel exactly the same. Would like to meet up as I have not met any other expats here. And we don't own a Porsche lol

I am an expat residing at madison and do not recommend renting here. Although location is great, the complex has loud construction coming from within the building and all around. The Cyan project next door is still being built and another project behind madison is about to begin. Non stop noise all day! Residents are mainly Singaporean owners. There are no western expats living here like we were told. Building management ignore renter's feedback or complaints. If you don't own a Porsche or a BMW you're ousted. A very patronizing complex to live in. Not recommended for family with children. Has a tiny playground which caters for 2 yrs and under and not much ground space for kids to run around. Not much children activity happening downstairs so don't count on having some next door neighbor friends for your kids. If you're looking for a comfortable quiet place to settle in with friendly occupants, this is not it. If you're looking for a place for your kids to have things to do around the complex, this is not it either.
