Most residents are cranky especially the current council member Management is not handling issues well constant plumbing issues elevator always faulty the floor are mostly covered with algae When asked why is it so cleaner says council didn’t allow them to use any high jet spray machine
Don’t expect and depend on council or management too much it’s basically useless
The two ladies the only Chinese security guards performance are beyond expected they’re friendly and always greets us with smile
Facing constant cranky residents they protray professionalism

tiles cracked and plumbing issues management office staff very unfriendly not sure why they are paid

Constant plumbing problems. Water leaks destroying the ceiling from the first year. Seepage. Elevator problems. Access problems. Developer not responsible allegedly. Reminds me of my student lodgings. Not "luxury". Peculiar bye laws. So happy we got away!
