This development is rather poorly designed and laid out. None of the units provide a practical living space.
The site plan would have been better suited to a cluster housing development, where a proper floor plan that runs front to back could have been set out. Instead the current apartments have lots of strange 'dead' windows that look onto walls. The bedrooms are also rather tiny.
