Great condo for couples or young families. 5min walk from shopping mall with large supermarket, and lots of eateries (Newton Hawker Centre is a 10min walk away). 8min walk to Novena MRT, and connected to expressway so everything is within easy driving distance. Only 15min taxi to CBD district. Lots of good schools nearby. High quality build.
