Been living at Beacon Heights for half a year. Good value for a rental apartment which is relatively near to city. Condo is well equipped with lovely swimming pool, tennis court and gym. Quite good sized apartment too

Found the space very peacful, market, cafe are near by.
mrt ne line is 10mins away.
buses to town and other part of singapore is plenty
full facility.... 50m lappool, gym, jacuzzi, children play pool, tennis court, bbq pit, function room, children playground.
