The development of Casa Fortuna is poor.
The walls, colors all are of extremely cheap quality.
The gym can occupy maximum 2 people.Its only for namesake. There is no playground, or area for kids to run. Its definitely not for family.
If you are alone, or with a partnet, need a place to stay near CBD, then this is the place.
The management of the condo is also poor, so dont expect too much. I wouldnt call it peaceful, as being road side, you apparently can hear the vehicles every minute.
