Problems persist with the management of this condominium community. Lived here for 5 months and have seen Security Guard change-outs 4x. Management personnel are replaced like babies getting their diapers changed. Lawsuits are rampant. Tenants are unhappy, facilities are degraded, services unacceptable for the price of lease and/or ownership.
