Located in one of the city's most upmarket neighborhoods this condo epitomizes luxury and prestige Residing here means being a part of an exclusive community surrounded by other discerning residents who value privacy and refinement The two expansive swimming pools are the jewels in its crown whether you're looking for a leisurely swim or an invigorating lap session For sports enthusiasts and those keen on staying active there is an on-site tennis court - which is getting rare in land scarce Singapore

Great complex ruined by poor management No longer family friendly Guards made to police children playing as some neighbours constantly take photos and complain to management Management then closes the playground and area to avoid having to deal with this Strata council supports this Guards are even encouraged to call the police for simple things that you'd think they're trained to deal with even on children The culture is unwelcoming to expats Management only listens to complaints from owners As a renterexpat you're a second class citizen

If you have young kids I strongly encourage you to look for another condo The management in this condo has no empathy for kids and do their best to come up with all kind of regulations and rules that really make the kids to have no joy playing outside in the common facilities The management is supported by the owners that compose the building council so if you are tenant you will have NO voice Another point that can't be ignored is that during COVID the regulations in place in this condo have ALWAYS being more strict than what required by the local authorities and in place in other condos Although the facilities are good I don't recommend this place as you have the feeling that you are always under watch
