Lumiere is excellent for those who are working in town. It is superbly convenient and everything one needs is within walking distance . Supermarkets/ cafes/ hawker centre / pubs.

Nice and peaceful area off Shenton.bistro at 1st floor and Mrt nearby. Bus terminal is opposite the road.
Further dev is Prince Edward Mrt within 30m and new bus interchange. The Masterplan for great southern city also will beautify the southern side of this area.
Good future prospect in terms of investment and rental is at 3.7-4.6% which is very decent
