A stone throw away to the market place and there are lot some of amenities around this freehold Calarasi . Walkable distance to Boon Keng/Novena/Toa Payoh MRT Stations. Relatively low maintenance fees with a nice sized swimming pool view.

Lots of improvements for this place since I first moved in. The exterior of freehold Calarasi(TOP 2004)has improved and the revamped Whampoa Community Club, as well as its surroundings,is within walking distance. A lot of upgrades too near Kim Keat Lane! I also enjoy using the relatively quiet gym , jogging on the treadmill or working on weights. Confident that things will continue to improve for this development and sales prices ought to rise as a result.
