Great American feel to this place. Pool is great and usually you have it all to yourself. Guest parking is very small and always full. Guards are very rude to guests and condo tenets alike. Fitness room is so outdated, as is the function room. The many units I visited felt spacious and no noise from neighbors. The true plus to this complex is the access to The American School.

If you want your kids to grow up with a happy childhood surrounded by good neighbors and children around, this is probably one of the best place. Resort style living. 50% are expats from USA and other countries.
