One of the few developments with private lift. Interior layout is square-ish with a very efficient and good room arrangement. The Mayfair is located near the Chinese Garden MRT station, food centre and wet market. Very easy access to both PIE and AYE for those who are driving

The Mayfair is unique project near Chinese Garden MRT. It has a private lift.It is located in Jurong East and has a full facilities, swimming pool , tennis court , playground, PRIVATE BOWLING ALLEY and a clubhouse with fully-equipped gym. Underground parking frees space for children to play safely on the ground floor.

A very pleasant place for Expats working in the western part of Singapore.Near to the Canadian Intl school & the Chinese Garden MRT opposite, it is very convenient. At night,it looks like Bali with a very romantic atmosphere with soft lights in the swimming pool.
