The Linc is a freehold condominium in District 11, and simply the best and exclusive development in the vicinity. It has only 51 units with each floor having 2 units that makes living here much more peaceful and quiet.
The residences are professionals and families who cherish the privacy and care of each other.
The condo facilities include BBQ pits, swimming pool, gymnasium, playground, car parking and 24-hr security.
It is within walking distance to bus stops and Newton and Novena MRT train stations. Shopping Centres such as United Square,Velocity ,Square 2 and Novena Square with supermarkets, ATMs, banks, and food eateries are within 5 minutes walk. The famous Newton Hawker Centre is within 5 minutes walk.
It is ideally located for small families with kids as some of the best elite schools in the area. 3 premier schools, such as St. Joseph’s Institution Junior and Anglo-Chinese Junior and Anglo-Chinese School (Barker) are within 1-km radius. There are also several kindergartens within walking distance.
