Location Location Location Great World City Shopping Center MRT by 2022 just 5 mins walk
Then there’s the Floor Plans If you’re looking for a one-bedder aim for Floor Plan Type A of 61 sq metres 657 sq ft units 02-04 to 12-04 as it has the best design with the most practical use of its floor space Certainly not a shoe-box with an alcove kitchen that’s spacious with windows for proper ventilation and a window in the bathroom too Living Dining Bedroom with full-length glass windows doors And it faces the relatively quiet Kay Poh Road Out of the building’s 80 units only 11 are of Type A Floor Plan from 02-04 to 12-04

Unbeatable location Near to everything Eateries Supermarkets Shopping Centers in Orchard Road Great World City MRT by 2022 Valley Point
Well-served by several buses you really wouldn’t need a car though it has 2 levels of basement carparks 24-hour security guard and its lifts are secure-locked
Low density development in one block of 80 units Overall it has goodpractical floor plans though I prefer the one-bedder in Type A which I think has the best optimal design and the most practical usage of its built-up floor space
