The condominium development is located close to public transportation that allows residents to move easily from one place to another from the condominium. There are many shops and amenities close to the condominium development which would ease the process for residents and they do not need to go far to find what they need.

There are various facilities that residents can enjoy while living in Simsville. Residents of Simsville would not have to travel far to get their basic necessities as everything is close within their reach. Residents can enjoy the barbeque area, clubhouse, gymnasium, tennis courts, fitness corner, putting green, swimming pool and wading pool. The condominium comes equipped with covered car parks and 24 hours security system that ensures the safety of residents is always taken care of.

There is a number of public transportation close to Simsville that residents can make use of. The closest MRT stations to the condominium are Paya Lebar MRT, Alijunied MRT and Dakota MRT. The closest bus stops are located at Simsville, Paya Lebar Station, Grandlink Square, City Plaza and CISCO Centre. For those with vehicles, the shopping district located at Orchard Road can be easily accessed via the Pan Island Expressway, Central Expressway and Bendemeer Road in 15 to 20 minutes.

Lived here 3 years. Will sell and move. Management nob responsive outside normal working hours. Facilities run down and broken. Sauna and showers don't work. Pool, with no direct sun light. Is freezing. Security is a joke as gates are not monitored. Many units house 10 plus persons as they have been converted. Completely dissatisfied with this condo. Do not recommend.

Excellent place, at the junction of two MRT lines ...Green and yellow line, as well as as well two express ways, close to Canadian school, 10 min to airport n 7min to CBD and orchard and casino. Singpost head office, 2 malls and numerous 24hour eateries and bars. Very large and spacious condo units and common areas, wonderful dolphine pool. nice views of city, CBD, ocean,etc.
