Very convenient location that is walking distance to lots of amenities. Unit is of a good size overlooking the swimming pool. Condo exterior and facilities are maintained.

There is a prankster who make loud car honking noise and sound in the afternoon and the middle of the night I replied to Velu Property Executive and the Condo manager Kalvinder Singh but they are not good in investigating the situation Asking for time and when i have call them up to investigate the situation a woman pick up the call and never investigate at all Only know how to ask for prove when they are trying to sweep the rug under the carpet The manager even boldly ask me to call the police since i cannot settle the issue with them They have no interest to help at all If you want to stay in this Condo you are on your own

I would never leave this building if my office location was nearby absolutely loving this place especially swimming pool and private Jacuzzi
