Very well maintained for a 17-year-old. Nice quiet environment for units facing North (where the landed properties are). No sight of HDB flats, giving it an exclusive feeling, yet 5 mins walk to MRT. Good value for young couples seeking first time private condo ownership, honestly, why pay $1,400-1,500 psf for 99-leaseholds in the vicinity.
