Units are very dated and require significant refurbishment and modernisation, decoration across the condo is crumbling and tatty. Units are very packed together with little space. Not all good value for the rents being charged and probably why several units are sitting empty

good space for family living. It is also very quiet and private. very easy to go to orchard and mrt. The interior is not brand new but maintained nicely.
