The estate is pleasantly surrounded by lush greenery and tranquility all to be marred by poor workmanship frequent rainwater entering the buildings therefore spoiling the wooden floors and causing dampness However the worst thing is not tolerating these conditions but the tyrannical landlords that insist on you bearing the costs of these naturally borne weather conditions that affect the state of their properties Beware of the local landlords in this compound who are on the hunt for unsuspecting expat tenants to then slap on renovation costs that prepares the house for the next ensuing tenancy without the landlords having to so much as spend a penny on the next lease This estate has a reputation for such unscrupulous local landlords Beware

Children are not a welcome factor in this estate and are begrudged laughing and making noise in the swimming pool area during the afternoons as it is reported that the noise affects those working from home

Thirdly many of the residents are now local and seem to have a less than friendly attitude to foreigners which is a real pity Now there are many local tenants or landlords that hang their washing out in the front patio to dry which really brings the general image down of this compound to that of an HDB and they take little pride in the maintenance and aesthetic look of their abodes Conversely The management are pleasant and will help whenever necessary

BEWARE ANTI-FOREIGNER ANTI-CHILD DEVELOPMENT

Lovely development ruined by anti-foreigner ant-child owners For over a year now families with young children all foreigners have been subject to constant harassment by the management staff residents and even property agents The children now live in fear to play outside and use the facilities It's a very hostile environment all because these people take issue with the noise children generate while playing outside The developer landlord has taken to threatening families and terminating renewals to appease the disgruntled owners People's lives have been severely impacted in addition to the feeling of being constantly harassed and under surveillance I would NOT recommend this place for families with small children especially foreigners Also the units are run down constant leakage and facilities poorly maintained
