The Meresaga is tucked away at Jalan Merah Saga with Holland Village just across the road. Most of the units come with a balcony, units facing Chip Bee Gardens and the landed properties enjoy a good breeze and view.
Holland Village is a popular hang-out for expatriates. It is a small town consists of conserved shop-houses populated with shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes.
The Merasaga is quietly located away from main road and yet close to many amenities including good schools, community centre, shops, restaurants, food centres, supermarkets. It is also close to Holland HDB housing estate and its amenities.
Public transport is readily available along Holland Avenue or Holland Road. The nearest MRT Station, which is less than 15 minutes walk away, is at Buona Vista. It is about 5 minutes drive from Orchard Road. The up-coming Holland MRT Station will be literally at the door-step of The Merasaga.
